We do not sell any personal information that you might share with us.
We share only that information that is necessary to provide you with a benefit or service, for example, if we have helped you buy or sell your home, we will normally provide your name, contact information and possibly a copy of the contract to the Lender, Closing or Title Company to facilitate the closing and to enable them to contact you to coordinate the closing unless you ask us not to.
The Oklahoma Real Estate Commission requires that we retain our records, therefore, we do save almost all of the information that you provide us to use during the course of our relationship and to provide you services. We may share or disclose non-personal information about the property to other Realtors or Appraisers to assist them in the preparation of their appraisals or market analysis, for example, we may report that the kitchen had been updated, or the interior recently painted, etc. or other information if you have given us written permission to disclose it.
We do not otherwise share, and never sell, your information. We take your privacy seriously.
